Third Space Solutions was founded by Peter Evans with a simple belief: recovery has become one of the most important — yet overlooked — foundations of health, performance and longevity.

Having spent many years across workplace wellbeing, hospitality and health innovation, Peter recognised that while organisations invest heavily in productivity, they often overlook the one factor that makes sustainable performance possible: the ability to recover.

That insight became the catalyst for Third Space Solutions — and, through his other venture Braingevity, a wider commitment to making recovery, brain health and healthspan accessible through evidence-based innovation.
